F2F CLASSES

Face to face (F2F) classes are available at our boutique studio in Frankston South and also at in Hampton. COVID safe practices are in place for all yoga classes to maximise the health and safety of students and teachers. Click here to read our COVID safe practices.

WHAT TO BRING

Please wear comfortable clothing. Calm Heart Yoga is a fully equipped studio so we have mats and yoga props you can use, however, it is advised to bring along a yoga mat if you have one. Alternatively we have props that can be purchased at the studio.

HATHA YOGA

Yoga Classes include yoga postures, breath practices and relaxation/meditation. These classes are based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and bring in to practice the subtler aspects of yoga to help release stress and tension not just physically but also mentally & emotionally - so we can live fuller and happier lives.

​

Classes are suitable for all levels, ages and stages. Everyone is welcome and we adapt the practices to suit your body and individual needs. Please wear comfortable clothing. 

​

Duration of all classes is 1hr 15mins.
