ABOUT US

Calm Heart Yoga Studio is a space of happiness, peace, inspiration and relaxation. We offer small group and private yoga and meditation classes weekly in a cosy studio in Frankston South as well as a group class in Hampton. In addition, we now offer regular live zoom classes, so you can practice at home.
Everyone is welcome. We are an inclusive, supportive and body positive space. We believe yoga is more about how you feel in a pose and less about how you look and we embrace individuality and adapt practices to suit you.
We have a deep love and respect for the practice and philosophy of yoga. Our core philosophy is ahimsa, non-violence, and we encourage the practice of loving kindness toward ourselves and others. We invite you to come and experience a heart-based approach to yoga and meditation to nourish your body, mind and spirit.
All of our yoga classes include breath practice and meditation as we believe these techniques are equally important to the physical practice of yoga. We are also available for private classes and can come to your business or school to run mindfulness, yoga and meditation workshops.
