YOGA & MEDITATE

All yoga & meditate classes are $25 casual.

10 class passes are $190 with an expiry of 12 weeks.

Duration of all classes: 1hr 30 mins.

Suitable for beginners to advanced.

Yoga & Meditate classes include yoga postures, breath practices and relaxation/meditation. These classes are based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and bring in to practice the subtler aspects of yoga to help release stress and tension not just physically but also mentally & emotionally - so we can live fuller and happier lives.

MONTHLY FRIDAY MEDITATIONS @ 6.30PM

Calm your heart and mind with meditation.

Join us for meditation practice each month.

Class includes one hour of breath practice, healing hand mudra and meditation.

 

Meditation is an approach to train the mind, similar to the way yoga postures help to train and strengthen our physical bodies for health and wellbeing. Some of the techniques we include are:

  • Concentration practices such as following the breath, repeating a mantra or single word, gazing at a candle flame or counting beads on a mala.

  • Mindfulness meditation such as observing wandering thoughts as they drift through the mind - without becoming involved with the thoughts or judging them.

  • And many other meditations such as walking meditation, relaxing visualisations, cultivating compassion and loving kindness.
