Safe Pratices

COVID SAFE PRACTICES

COVID safe practices are in place for all yoga classes to maximise the health and safety of students and teachers as we return to teaching face to face classes. Here is what we are doing and how it effects you:​​

STUDIO SAFE PRACTICES

  • Student sign-in for all students for 'contact tracing'

  • Provision of hand sanitiser

  • Regular cleaning of the yoga space and entry/exit areas between classes

  • Limiting class size to allow appropriate space (1.5 metres) between yoga mats

  • Closure of the herbal tea and water station

  • Face masks to be worn to and from yoga. They can be removed once you are on your mat, so you can move and breath freely.

  • We ask you to please stay home if you are feeling unwell, have a temperature, runny nose, sore throat or cold/flu like symptoms.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Please bring your own yoga equipment. We suggest bringing a yoga mat, blanket and a strap/belt or scarf to class. If you have a yoga block or bolster, feel free to bring it along too. We will have a few mats & blocks available for purchase.

  • Please wear your face mask to and from class.
