In this special mini-retreat, yoga and meditation teacher Sally MacGowan (Calm Heart Yoga) and artist Melanie Sutcliffe (Rebel Arts Society) invite you to spend an afternoon immersed in gentle breath work, guided meditation, intuitive drawing, and expressive painting - a soft return to yourself. This is a space to explore rather than perfect, where the focus is on the process rather than the outcome. Let your nervous system settle as you move from doing to being, guided in practices that support presence, curiosity, and calm. We’ll close with deep rest, herbal tea and nourishing sweet treats. No yoga, art or meditation experience is needed - just come as you are. All art materials are provided. What’s included: – Grounding breathwork & meditation – Intuitive art-making (drawing & painting) – Restorative relaxation – Herbal tea & wholesome treats – All supplies provided What to bring: Warm, comfortable clothing and a shawl or light blanket for rest. Spaces are limited – bookings essential. Come home to yourself through stillness, colour, and quiet joy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Be assured that all possible care will be taken by Calm Heart Yoga for your well-being during the workshop. However, it is up to you to accept full responsibility for yourself once you enter Calm Heart Yoga for a yoga session or workshop. The guidance given throughout each class is on general lines only. It is up to you to adjust your practice according to your individual limitations, to make sure no injuries occur. You must stop if you experience pain in any joints whilst in the pose, and stop if you are fatigued, dizzy, nauseous or experience pins and needles. WORKSHOPS We do not offer refunds or credits on workshops for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your workshop ticket into another person’s name by emailing us at info@calmheartyoga.com.au at least 4 hours before start of workshop. Full payment is required upon booking. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Studio doors will open 15 mins before the workshop start time.
