Join Calm Heart Yoga for a Quiet Reset—a serene 4-day retreat at a traditional Ashram in Rocklyn, Victoria. Rocklyn Ashram is nestled in the heart of Victoria’s Wombat State Forest. Step away from the busyness of daily life and rediscover a sense of calm and simplicity, free from screens and the noise of modern living. This retreat is an invitation to moments of silence, rest, and clarity—a break from the rush of everyday life, where you can reflect, practice, and find stillness. When: 2pm Thursday 24th April to 2pm Sunday 27th April 2025 Location: Rocklyn Ashram, 393 Barkstead-Dean Road, Rocklyn Victoria, 3364 (1 hr 15mins from Melbourne) Your ‘Quiet Reset’ includes: - Daily yoga and meditation - Mindfulness including forest walking meditation - Deep relaxation including 60 min Yoga Nidra meditations - A special Havan (fire ceremony) & Mahamrityunjaya (healing mantras) - Devi Chanting & Kirtan - Time to visit the Yajna Shale or Shiva Teeth for personal silent reflective space - An opportunity for ‘digital detox’. The Ashram is a mobile free zone in all residential and sitting areas, however they can be used in the car park. - All meals are included (from Friday dinner to Monday lunch). Meals are wholesome vegetarian meals crafted from grains and fresh produce, thoughtfully sourced from the ashram’s own organic garden or local organic farmers. - 3 nights Share Accommodation (up to 3 people p/room). A limited range of private rooms are available with an additional surcharge. Contact me for additional rates if you prefer this option. Cost: $640 (includes yoga program, 3 nights accommodation and all meals). Full fee or 50% deposit required at booking with the balance due 4 weeks before retreat date. Cancellation Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is payable upon application and fully refunded immediately if the retreat is full. Full payment is due FOUR weeks prior to departure and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date - 27/03/25. WaItlist Policy: If the retreat is full, we can add your name to our waitlist upon request in writing, or advise of other available dates. Refund PolIcy: If the participant withdraws or transfers from the retreat, the following refund policy applies: - If the balance of the retreat fee is not received by the notified due date (FOUR weeks prior to retreat commencement), a participant’s place may be offered to someone on the waiting list. The participants will forfeit the deposit paid. - If the participant withdraws 35 days or more prior to retreat commencement the participant will receive a full refund of all monies paid, minus an administration fee of $100. In the event of extreme circumstances that prevents the retreat from running, alternative dates will be offered or your retreat will be refunded in full - If the participant withdraws 25 days prior to the retreat commencement the participant will receive 75% of the full retreat fee, minus an administration fee of $100. - If the participant withdraws 14 days prior to retreat commencement the participant will receive 50% of the full retreat fee, minus an administration fee of $100. - If the participant withdraws 7 - 1 days prior to participant commencement or withdraws after the retreat commences, the full retreat fee is non-refundable.
